Before and After School Care
Our Before and After School Care provider is Catholic Care. Supervision is provided onsite 7am – 8:45am and 3:05pm – 6pm.

Bell Times
School commences daily at 8.45am and finishes at 3.05pm.
- 8.15am: Playground supervision begins
- 8.40am: Warning bell
- 8.45am: School commences
- 10am: Fruit break
- 11am – 11.40am: Morning tea
- 1pm – 1.40pm: Lunch
- 3.05pm: School dismissal
Bus Travel – 682n
We have an afternoon bus service for students going home. It departs Johnson Street at 3:13pm and goes in the direction of North Curl Curl.

Canteen
We currently us LunchFox as an alternative to an on-site canteen. LunchFox is an award-winning service, designed and built here in Australia, allowing parents to order healthy school lunches from local cafes. Orders are prepared on site at the cafes and delivered straight to school in time for lunch.
On Mondays, students can order from Flying Sushi, and on Wed/Thurs/Fri from both Made in DY and SeaSprout. These are all local restaurants that we are proud to support.
Orders are placed via the LunchFox app, making it a simple and efficient service for parents, and delivered to your childs classroom.

Compass Parent App
We use the Compass App for all communications to parents. All parents will receive a unique username and login when your child starts at SJB.
On Compass you will find attendance information, school academic reports, parent calendar and a newsfeed with current events and information.
Extended Leave Form
Please complete this form for any absences of 10 consecutive school days or more. It should be submitted to the school office before the leave is taken.
Medication
If your child is required to take medication at school, please complete this form.
The form and medication (supplied in original packaging) must be handed into the admin office by a Parent.
Extra Curricular Activities
We have a range of optional extra curricular activities available for students to participate in. These are run in class time, once per week and booked through our external service providers. Please find more information here.
Uniforms
If you have any enquiries about uniforms please contact the school office on 02 9939 6699. A range of samples in different sizes are available in the Sustainable Uniform Shop located on the Samaritan Campus. Please arrange a time with the school office to try on sizes; you do not need to visit Cowan and Lewis (Midford).
